Cancellation terms
If your cancellation is caused by acute illness, accidents or the like,
certain charges must be paid for. (see below). 
Therefore, we recommend that all passengers take out a travel insurance. 
 
Package tours and other voyage arrangements

By cancellation or change of package tours and other voyage arrangements, such as ship travels, MiniCruises or extra services, like upgrades, etc., the amount paid in will be refunded with deduction of a fee, as follows: 
 

• More than 42 days before departure
  By cancellation more than 42 days before departure, the fee is 25% of the total price of the voyage including any extra services (such as food, drinks, upgrades, etc.). Yet a minimum amount of DKK 200.- per booking.
   
• 42 - 22 days before departure
  By cancellation 42-22 days before departure, the fee is 50% of the total price of the voyage including any extra services (such as food, drinks, upgrades, etc.), yet a minimum amount of DKK 200.- per booking.
   
•  21-8 days before departure
  By cancellation 21-8 days before departure, the fee is 70% of the total price of the voyage including any extra services (such as food, drinks, upgrades, etc.), yet a minimum amount of DKK 200.- per booking.
   
• 7 - 1 days before departure
  By cancellation 7-1 days before departure, the fee is 90% of the total price of the voyage including any extra services (such as food, drinks, upgrades, etc.), , yet a minimum amount of DKK 200.- per booking.
   
• ​On the day of departure
  By cancellation on the departure day, the fee is 100 % of the total price of the voyage including any extra services (such as food, drinks, upgrades, etc.

Special circumstances regarding package tours

In case of any acts of war, catastrophes of nature, life-threatening and/or infectious diseases or similar incidents within a period of 14 days before the departure, the package tour can be cancelled without any charges. In these situations, you have the right to a refund of all amounts paid regarding the booking of your package tour. These terms however, do not apply, if you knew about the incident in question or if the situation was common knowledge at the time of booking.

Change of name costs 200 dkr.

In addition, Norsk Hytte Udlejning has a fixed adjustment fee of DKK 200,- for changing a ticket after booking.
