Terms of cancellation

Economy tickets - our  lowest priced alternative, The following conditions apply:

• The voyage must be paid for at the time of booking.
• By a  change of departure date/departure time or route, an administration fee of NOK 600.- (DKK 600.-) is charged by each correction.
• By changing the name of the orderer, an administration fee of NOK 200.- (DKK 200.-) is charged by each correction.
• A change of  registration number of  a car, cabin/deck chair  implies an administration fee of  DKK 30.- 
  • Any difference between the original and the new pricce  will be added.
• Should a change of date lead to a lower price than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded.
  • If  you change your voyage to a higher-priced  departure, this difference must be paid.
• ​By cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Flex Tickets is a higher-priced alternative, yet more flexible. The following conditions apply:

• The voyage must be paid for at the time of booking.
• The voyage can be changed without fees. There is no refund by the change of a ticket in a lower-priced category. 
• By changing to a more expensive departure, the difference must be paid.
• By cancellation until 14 days before departure, the full price of the ticket will be refunded. By cancellation until 24 hours before departure, 75 %  of the voyage price will be refunded..
• By cancellation less than 24 hours before departure, the ticket price will not be refunded. 

Package holiday Tickets

The voyage must be paid for at the time of booking. The following conditions apply:

• By a change of departure date/departure time or route, an administration fee of NOK 600.- (DKK 600.-) is charged by each correction.
• By changing the name of the orderer, an administration fee of NOK 200.- (DKK 200.-) is charged by each correction.
• A change of  registration number of a car, cabin/deck chair  is without administration fees. 
  • Any difference between the original and the new pricce  will be added.
• Should a change of date lead to a lower price than the original voyage, the difference will not be refunded.
  • If  you change your voyage to a higher-priced  departure, this difference must be paid.
• ​By cancellation up until 30-15 days before departure, 50% of the total price will be refunded. By cancellation 14-3 days before departure, 10% of the total price will be refunded. By cancellation 2 days or the less before departure, the ticket will not be refunded.
   

Generally:

Norsk Hytte Udlejning makes reservations for and cannot be helt financially responsible in case of any changes of schedule or cancellations of departures by ferry, since this is outside the company's control.

In addition, Norsk Hytte Udlejning has a fixed adjustment fee of DKK 200.- for changing a ticket after booking.
